This fruit and vegetable washing processing line is mainly used for the automated washing, peeling, sorting, and drying of various root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, ginger, sweet potatoes, taro, onions, mangoes, apples, and oranges. The entire line adopts a modular design, achieving continuous and automated production through processes such as lifting, destoning, washing, peeling, drying, and manual sorting. This effectively improves processing efficiency, reduces labor costs, and ensures product hygiene, safety, and processing quality.

The production line is constructed of food-grade stainless steel, with a robust and durable structure that meets food processing hygiene standards. 1. Sinking Stone Elevator :The Sinking Stone Elevator is designed to remove stones, sand, and other heavy impurities while conveying raw materials to the next processing stage. It helps protect downstream equipment and improves overall cleaning efficiency.

2. Screw Peeling and Washing Machine:This machine combines peeling and washing functions in one unit, effectively removing dirt and outer skin from root vegetables. It is suitable for potatoes, carrots, ginger, sweet potatoes, and similar products.

3. SUS Elevator:The SUS Elevator transports products smoothly between processing stages, ensuring continuous production flow. Made of food-grade stainless steel, it is hygienic, durable, and easy to clean.

4. Picking Line:The Picking Line allows operators to inspect and remove defective products, foreign materials, and remaining impurities. It helps improve product quality and consistency.

6. Vibration Dewatering Machine:This machine removes excess surface water through vibration during product conveying. It reduces the workload of the air-drying process and improves production efficiency.
