Spice Dryer Machine is a continuous drying equipment designed for spices, herbs, vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products. It uses hot air circulation technology to remove moisture efficiently while maintaining the natural color, flavor, and quality of the material.
During operation, materials are evenly distributed on the mesh belt and automatically conveyed through the drying chamber. Hot air passes through the product layers to ensure uniform drying and stable moisture reduction. The drying temperature can be adjusted from 40°C to 120°C, and the drying time typically ranges from 1 to 5 hours depending on the material and moisture content.

Heat Source System: Provides the thermal energy required for drying. Different heating methods, including electric, natural gas, biomass, and diesel heating, are available according to customer requirements.
Feed Conveyor: Evenly transfers fresh spices into the drying chamber, ensuring stable feeding and uniform material distribution on the mesh belt.
Drying Host: The core part of the machine, equipped with multi-layer mesh belts that allow continuous drying and efficient utilization of heat.
Air Intake System: The air intake system delivers heated air into the drying chamber. Through optimized air circulation, hot air is evenly distributed across all layers of the mesh belt, improving heat transfer efficiency and ensuring uniform drying.
Discharge Conveyor: Automatically transports the dried spices out of the machine for subsequent cooling, packaging, or further processing.
Electronic Control System: Equipped with PLC or intelligent control devices to monitor and adjust temperature, airflow, and conveyor speed for stable and efficient operation.
Spice Drying Processing Steps
1:Place the spice on the conveyor belt of the herb dryer machine. The spice is spread on the feeder by the homogenizing device on the conveyor belt.The stacking thickness of spice is 10-20CM.
2:After the spice enters the spice dryer machine, it runs in an “S” shape in the dryer. The transmission part of the spice dryer machine adopts a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, which can control the internal operation time of the drying according to the difference of the water content of the spice.
3:The wind speed and wind pressure generated by the hot air blower make the hot air fully and evenly distributed inside the herb dryer machine. Because the lower pressure is greater than the upper pressure, the hot air naturally moves upward, passing through each layer of the mesh belt, plus the movement and rolling of the spice, make the spice fully contact with the hot air, fully heat exchange, and improve the drying efficiency. The dried spice will drain through the last layer.
