Two fume Exhaust pipes , made of 304 stainless steel. Axial flow fan installed on the end of each exhaust 6: Automatic residue scraping system “L” type sediment scraping belt installed on the bottom of the pot body . 7: Control System PLC in Siemens. 8: Speed is adjustable by frequency control. 9: Oil filter function :When the equipment is working, the oil inside the frying machine first enters the coarse filter under the action of internal and external pressure difference, and then enters the fine filter through the circulation pump. Under the action of fine filter paper, the ultrafine particles and impurities in the oil are filtered out. The oil flowing out from the oil outlet meets the requirements and is connected to the frying machine through pipelines to complete. 10: Equipped with safety alarm equipment and carbon dioxide fire extinguisher tank. 11: Parameters are precisely adjusted to easily control frying temperature, time and other parameters。 12: German brand Heraeus temperature sensor. 13: The thickness of the insulation layer is 70-100mm, and the rock wool material can effectively prevent heat loss. 14: Siemens PLC, Siemens motor, Schneider electric components. |
