5 French Fries Cutting Machine Cut the peeled potatoes into fries shapes according to the preset size specifications.  

1) The strips’ size such as 7*7mm, 8*8mm, 9*9mm,10*10mm and customized made can be changed by adjusting the blade.

2) Cutting surface is smooth without damage.

3) The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel,  sanitary and easy to clean.

4) The blade is made of Japanese 440C steel, which has strong stability and long service life.

6 Sliver Removing Machine Automatically remove the small or thin pieces strips,further cleaning strips.

1) Remove the unqualified and thin fries.

2) High efficiency and stability, high working efficiency. It can process a large number of fries in a short time. Screening and cleaning functions can be performed at the same time.

3) The bottom is equipped with a receiving tray to collect waste.

4) The standard size of the gap between the rollers is 4mm, and customization is accepted.

7 Bubble Washing Machine Through the bubbles agitation, the fries can be rolled in the cleaning pool, impurities on the fries are removed effectively, keeping the fries clean and preventing the fries from sticking.

1) Remove the starch from the potato strips.

2) Strong water flow, bubble impact.With belt lifting device for easy clean the bottom of tank.

3) High pressure spraying system. With water circulation system to save water, and with water filter tank to collect the starch.

4) Wash off potato starch, air pump will create water bubbles, french fries will be rolled over by the force of water bubbles, so it can completely clean the potato starch, and there is spray system in the outlet to rinse the french fries again.

5) The lifting device is equipped with a safety bar that makes the cleaning process more safer.

8 Blanching Machine By high temperature treatment, the enzymes in the fries are inactivated which prevent the fries from changing color during subsequent processing and storage. The internal cell structure of the fries is changed which makes the fries more crispier and tastier.

1) It can effectively protect original vivid color of the potato strips/potato chip. It can kill a large number of microorganisms and extend the shelf life effectively.

9 Water Cooling Machine Put the fries into cold water to cool down quickly, change internal physical structure of fries and adjust taste.

1) Strong water flow, with belt lifting device for easy clean the bottom of tank.

2) With water circulation system to save water.

3) Retain nutrients: Rapid cooling can reduce the loss of nutrients.

4) Maintain color and texture:It can prevent fries from changing color effectively, maintain the texture of fries, avoid excessive softening, and ensure good taste.

10 Air Drying Machine Remove surface water of fries quickly.

1) Remove surface water of fries quickly.Using high-speed and strong airflow to blow away water droplets on the surface of fries like a wind knife and reduce the moisture content of fries effectively.

2) Air dry evenly with a multi-layer flip mesh belt design, so that every side of the fries can be blown by the wind.

11 SUS Elevator For elevating and conveying the fries into next machine.

12 Hot Air Dryer Machine Use hot air to remove fries surface moisture quickly, making the fries surface dry.

1) The multi-layer mesh belt design can remove fries surface moisture quickly, reduce the fries moisture content and improve frying efficiency.

2) Improve the taste, change the fries internal structure and make the texture of fries more crispy.

3) The shape of fries is more stable and not easy to deform, reducing the stickiness between the fries.

13 Continuous Frying Machine The fryer can fry the french fries quickly in high temperature 160-180℃ cooking oil for 30-40s, giving the french fries the ideal taste and texture.

1) With automatic frying, exhausting system, hoist lifting system, heating system, oil filling system, temperature control system etc.

2) Double mesh belt transmission to avoid the fries floating.

3) With an oil storage tank, oil tank is used to store the oil after working for cleaning the frying machine. It can pump oil back to the oil tank from fryer, also automatic fill the oil to fryer during frying.

4) For the chains lifting system, it is with brake device which will stop the lifting or down when the electricity is power off suddenly.

15 Add Oil Machine Pre-heat the fresh oil and add it into fryer when needed. The built-in heating tube has a preheating function.

18 Pre-cooling Machine Rapid cooling prevents the fries from being overcooked because of long-time under high temperatures, maintaining their ideal taste and color.

19 Freezing Machine Based on fluidization technology, the fan forms a high-speed airflow through the cold air. When the airflow passes through the French fries from bottom to top, the French fries are blown up by the airflow and present a state similar to boiling liquid, that is, fluidization. In this state, the French fries are fully in contact with the cold air and are quickly frozen.

After the equipment is delivered, we will provide a list of installation tools that need to be prepared on-site, a material list, and other necessary preparations.
